I thought coming to 4chan would help since it seems to be helpful when it comes to console/game stuff sometimes. Literally called a customer service rep about the issue and they've said that they had never heard of it before. If this is an issue, then how come it hasn't already been logged? Like you'd think someone would call up Customer Service and be like "oh, shit, my game's crashed what do I do?" Now granted, I'm willing to accept that they might not be at liberty to fully say, but if a guy's willing to spend thirty minutes on the phone about the issue, then that should mean other customer service representatives should too. Wouldn't GF rush to patch this out if this was an issue? But at the same time, on the other hand, so many people on Twitter are going over it and talking about it, threads are being locked on reddit, and with a game that already has so much backlash, it doesn't seem that unruly that it's possible the game is causing more issues.
So basically customer service dude said this is the first time he's personally heard about it and now I'm even more confused and unsure.
