It has my favorite pokemon and has some pretty neat designs but that's about it. Pretty bad type in game, has the least amount of mons, and kind of forgettable

They always felt fragile whenever I throw them out, but their ability to delete dragons in Gen 1 were pretty welcome.

My favorite type, love everything about the mons and always like icy areas in the games. I don't even care that they mostly suck, I just wish there were more than 1-3 new ones each generation.

ice resisting electric, flying, water, ground and losing steel weakness would be better IMO. I don't get this thought process that people think Ice is fragile anyway.
