Question, what is breeding even good for anymore? Dynamax mons come preloaded with great IVs, potential HAs, dynamax HP boosted, and bottlecaps are handed out like candy. Not sure if I'm missing something but breeding seems obsolete.

Breeding is faster/better as long as you have a 5IV or 6IV Ditto.

Otherwise you have to grind a shit ton of BPs if you want to use those Bottle Caps and Mints.

Breeding should never have been anything but a novelty to begin with. Locking normally caught pokemon out of being competitively useful was one of the most retarded decisions in the franchise.

This. Also it only became normally possible to get a max IV mon in Gen 6 and even then most people had hacked Dittos or had to hack for the right HP types anyway. I have no idea how you would legitimately get good IVs before that
