Base form:

I am getting the exact same vibes. Very similar to how Necrozma is an actual, Legendary Ultra Beast. And they're both pretty damn powerful, too, plotwise/lorewise. It makes sense!

Gravity makes more sense as a third member to Space and Time, but it's confirmed antimatter, the logic being that Dialga and Palkia made matter together and Giratina was an accidental byproduct of that.

It also ties into it's dex entries and such: it's "destructive tendancies" are a reference to antimatter exploding on contact with normal matter, and it being in a seperate dimension could be a reference to how there's less antimatter IRL then there should be.

ub's are mons from other dimensions whereas - as far as we know - eternatus is from the same universe as the original pokemon world, much like deoxys is

I'd actually be okay with this. A 10 year old could MAYBE capture a gimped version of Arceus that's somewhat powerful but can't create a whole universe, but it's too much to accept that a 10 year old can control it in its complete glory.
