It's the same problem with Kommo-o, especially knowing that it Kommo-o is a fighting type. They should have just made Dragapult a special user since it have a use of shadow ball, dragon pulse/draco meteor, and any other special move since it have a better special movepool. This thing doesn't get shadow sneak and every other ghost moves are two turn based or really weak. This could have been Hydregion 2.0 since they did that pokemon perfectly and it's still a powerful despite the fairy weakness. Instead, now it's Kommo-o, leaving the physical side rotten in the dust.
