Sun/Moon if you want the story and her character to make sense. Ultra has more to do and more Pokemon, though.
A short version of what's wrong is that USUM tries to paint her as a well-intentioned extremist, except they don't change her actions, just her words - all the fucked up things she does in SM, she still does in USUM. It's incredibly stupid.
