Does the Toxel that you're gifted at the Pokemon Daycare have perfect IVs or something?
I've been catching a ton of other ones in an attempt to get an Amped Up Toxtricity, and even ones with a + Sp. Atk nature still fall behind the Daycare one even though its nature is neutral.
