Of course they don't. They have a design note somewhere that says "Ice pokemon are meant to be defensive" and another that says "A pokemon walling special attacks exclusively is strategic" and at no point has anyone tested either theory, they just take them as gospel.

You know, it's kind of concerning to think that had Volcarona came out in the current time, they probably would've made it as slow as this thing.
I still really like Frosmoth and I'm waiting to see how it fairs once the meta calms itself down, but fuck not even Roost as a level up move.

oh btw, Snom has a BST of 185. That's 10 points lower than even fucking CATERPIE and WEEDLE. It's the second lowest BST of any Pokemon to exist, above only Sunkern.
