So I kept trying to look this up on YouTube, seeing as some fag uploaded a Marnie video ages ago, but still didn't see no Bede video, who is my favorite rival to fight against, so I took it upon myself to upload a video for everyone's convenience and reference. Enjoy.

If ya'll want I could do a video for Hop as well, but I bet that one would be long because you fight his ass like... 7? times?

Anyway faggotry self-promotion aside, who was your favorite rival to fight against? Any answer that is Hop is objectively wrong.

I liked Hop tournament battle.
Bede was better overall, and Marnie needed more presence in the main story. Not Lillie tier, but a little more

I will agree that Marnie was criminally underused in the main story. She needed at least one more pre-League fight and a couple more cutscenes for sure.

I like Bede's team the most but Marnie has the best rival theme, don't @ me.

Really? I don’t think Marnie needed to be used anymore. She showed up enough where she didn’t feel hamfisted into every plot like Lillie and her interactions felt genuine.

Maybe one extra battle on a bridge that’d replace one of Hop’s but eh, I think she was pretty well handled.

Bede needed a better team. Endgame his team is a Steel/Fairy and 3 (Tres) Psychic/Fairies.
Why not give him a Mimikyu? A Ribombee? Togekiss? Whimsicott? Heck, even Silvally(Fairy). Also he completely ditches his Gothita to become a full monotype gym.

Well Ribombee totally would have made sense, but Allister already called dibs on Mimikyu, and Opal with Togekiss.

They really wanted to make it clear he was a Psychic-Type fan even after his heel turn towards Fairies... very convenience that a good chunk of his team was evolving into Psychic/Fairy already.
