Setup mons are much tougher win conditions to get rid of given the increased bulk on Dynamax, and for the best users of it ( Gyarados, Hawlucha, Barraskewda ) constant boosting of their stats, making Ditto much more common & needed.
Some of these Pokémon, notably the best one, are self sufficient, only needing the right switch to be unleashed. If you want to commit to something that might take a bit more effort, you could consider the likes of Screens Grimmsnarl.
Key defensive cores include Pex + Ferro, sometimes carried along with Galarian Corsola.
