>>41389712In what part of my previous post did I say the game is content-packed? It's easily the bare minimum when it comes to post-game activities. But at the end of the day, objectively, zero of that matters. Because I got bored of catching legendaries with the same strategy we've used for decades, well, decades ago. And I have always prefered playing with people than against battle frontier AI and rulesets.
So at the end of the day, factualy, Sword Shield lets me do all of the things I liked but better and less clunky, plus with some new perks like Raid Battles (which are one of my favorite new things the games have done since the introduction of Double Battles) or the bike races or cooking that are fun little diversions. And because I have Fun with that content it increases the value of a game, which is an entertainment piece of media, to me in the only way that matters (my pleasure, since, again, games are entertainment).
By all metrics, SwoShi is the better fun I've had with one of these games since I was a kid in the DS days.
