Can someone give me a few answers, it felt like Rose's turn at the end came out of fucking no where, granted, in pokemon tradition you already knew you'd battle him after you first interact with him. Anyway:
After you defeat Hop, and the semifinals, you are supposed to meet Leon for dinner. You end up having to go to Rose tower. Before, however; you are greeted by Roses assistant, and she has setup this nonsense with guards and keys.
What was the reason for her doing this?
Why was Rose giving you this opportunity to find him and Leon?
Is Rose actually supposed to be evil, or someone who has a plan to make a better future?
Was it literally a day needed to wait, would that have prevented the release of Eternatus?
If the answer to above yes; then is Leon actually retarded for not waiting 1 day?
Aside from Leon taking down 1 Dynamax mon and the red ball above Rose tower, was there any indication of this at all- some dialogue I skipped over perhaps?
Any ideas are appreciated, Rose appreciation thread I guess? He has some bumpin' battle music, and I love steel types so his team was fun to fight.
