Nope. It's done. National Dex and all Pokémon will never return in any future games, ever. A curated, 400-or-less regional dex for every future title, and some Pokémon will not be playable for 15+ years. Moves will regularly be cut in every new title, mega evolutions, z-moves, and dynamax/gigantamax will never be seen ever again. Welcome to the new Pokémon.
