What is he? A lighter? A building? Some kind of cannon? Why does he look like that and why doesn't he have hands? I don't understand this Pokemon. Is it one of those gamefreak designs where it's like, "it's based on this weird obscure thing or retarded concept (like the new fossils) so it looks weird and nonsensical ON PURPOSE"?
