Not really anyone particular, but theres a ton of random trainers in Platinum and Black/White 2 that use really strong Pokemon with good movesets that can instantly end Nuzlockes right then and there if you dont know about them beforehand

GHETSIS in both versions challenge mode Ghetsis was an interesting case.

If anything Ghetsis deserves a special mention given that he was nerfed because Japanese parents complained.
