Just beat the Champion. I'm trying to wrap my head around how the Galar Championship works and it's just not clicking. Anyone else incredibly confused by the tournament format they use after you beat every gym leader? What happens if a gym leader becomes champion?? And did they ever actually explain how the Minor League works and its relevancy in the whole process???
