Honestly not a terrible idea, very minimal difference in a tiny tag in the real one and none in the fake one, so you could see one is forgery and one isn’t. It’s like an easter egg. But of course they fuck it up and put it in a spot that will never be seen during gameplay, ever.

A cute touch, but also inconvenient having two evolution items. If I ended up with a Gamefreak job somehow, I'd set out to make new Pokemon that reuse old evolution items like Metal Coat, Dragon Scale, and King's Rock.

They know what they like. Personally I think having an entire dining set with forks, plates, glasses and such with randomness as to what appears and texture kind of like Spinda would be cool, but that would be a pretty different kind of creature than a tea-shaped ghost.

The evo is also the same aside from the sticker. They also need essentially the same item with a different name to evolve

Dynamax seems to be the best way if you've caught more than 1.
They have different dex entries between each form so you should be able to tell when you only have one/the other entry unlocks.
