Make everything but dangerous overworld mons in the wild area catchable regardless of badge limit but lower their levels
Give everyone important full teams and max out their AI
Drastically raise the level curve since you can always do raids for xp candy if you fall behind

SWSH are now decent games

Just mix up all the type advantages.
The hardest times I've ever had in Pokemon was when I either didn't know type advantages as a kid, or when I brainfarted and brought the weak types to a strong gym.
