You could try a SR+Coil+EQ+[coverage move] set with Shed Skin and G-max. It's not uber good, but it's decent, might get you some kills.

Imagine Hippowdon but with less HP for slightly more speed and no recovery. Also with Coil but too slow to make use of it, and destroyed by any special mon on top of that.

Shed Skin can wake it up from Rest early, and Coil patches up Stone Edge's accuracy problem

Funny thing is that it can't even do that properly. Is there anything that Sand Split does than Sand Stream can't do better? It's better to have auto Sand when you enter then sand only when you're hit
