I saw a Mew in a raid. I joined some random Jap for the one second that the sticker system worked and he had a Mew.
I didn't actually get to see it in battle though, as soon as he switched to Mew in the set up screen, the room seemed to have crashed. Is Mew even available yet? Do you think he got immediately banned for using a illegal pokemon or just crashed the game?
