>>41475043She actually got a lot of focus at the beginning when she was a rookie trainer, but then as Hoenn progressed the show kinda went back to the same filler formula, and May generally wasn't that active in the filler eps in general. So a lot of her screentime was either in her Contests or the eps she captured a pokemon, but didn't get to do much else.
I wish she also had some more battles outside the Contest eps, I wish Hoenn had a mini-tournament arc or something.
