I'm fairly sure no one thinks he's a good villain. Who was the best, or at least the least shit villains anyways? I wanna say Plasma, though Team Skull was also entertaining.

Plasma was good, Guzma was fun, I kinda liked cyrus due to how much of a hyper autist he was, and gensis or however his name was spelled actually didn't have a half bad plan until he went bad shit in BW2

That was one of my many problems with the story. He just used Xerneas the life pokemon. to power his death cannon which wasn't any different from Yveltal the death pokemon. Nothing changed aside from him saying he'd curse you with immortality after he lost.
