Smeargle got the boot in SWSH so are these now the best catcher mons or did gen 8 add a new false swiping upstart to the mix?

Preferably want someone that can hit ghosts with false swipe and can induce sleep/paralysis. Pangoro and Gallade can only do one or the other.
