What do you think is coming next for the mainline games?
They wouldn't dare to make a third version of SwSh with all the Pokémon in it, would they? Sinnoh remakes? Another Kanto remakes? Would they come next year?

It's hard to predict GF always find way to disappointing. The next games could be anything be it SWSH+100mons and a hallway Sinnoh with Let's go mechanics or some other shitfest of a game I'd rather not think about it.

I'm thinking SwSh.2 with minimal changes a la Ultra Sun/Moon. They'll add like 100 pokémon and 1 or 2 galarian forms. One or two different gym leaders. Everyone will praise it.

It's Pokémon Eternal Sword and Eternal Shield. The plot is three years after the events of SwSh. The Champion is the MC opposite the one you select with the full Reigning Champion clothing set. The climax (which begins immediately after the final gym) involves xenomons known as the Eternaloids invading Earth to destroy it, and you must thwart the invasion.

Eternatus is simply a scout sent by the Eternaloids as a prelude to their full invasion. But having been captured by the previous MCs, they fuse it with Zacian or Zamazenta to give them Eternamax abilities to fight back against the invasion.

DP remakes will release next year and they'll be shit. They'll get rid of some of the annoyance from those games but in return they'll completely neuter them

The game contains ALL Pokémon, moves, items, and also brings back Mega Evolutions and Z-moves.
Tentacruel, Starmie, Girafarig, Octillery, Milotic, Flygon, Spiritomb, Weavile, Beartic, Haxorus, Dragalge, Heliolisk, Bewear, Salazzle, Pincurchin, and Bolthund gt Mega Evolutions.
Drowzee and Hypno get a Galarian Form, becoming Fairy/Fighting type and focus on restlessness rather than drowsiness.
The Sandile line also gets a Galarian Form, becoming Ground/Fighting type and are more ninjalike in appearance.

Why do people act like Cynthia wasn't always popular? It wasn't a forced attempt at popularity like Lightning. She was a memorable Champion so they included her in subsequent games
