The only problem here is his insane and unrealistic impatience which can only be justified if he ever was worried about us beating Leon and for that giving the legendary to someone he doen't trust at all. But he never says that, nor imply at all, simply wanted Leon to catch Eternatus and use its energy to save the future of Galar.
It's all so forced and useless that makes this character bad designed, his ost is pretty good, but it doesn't fit to his character because HE IS NOT EVIL.
