Yea he could use more but it's not totally 0, I didn't even list every single one he can get, just the more useful ones.

Gen 8 mons are basically made so you take advantage of TR. Their level-up moveset is garbage

Why do you even care? He gets 120 attack, Sucker Punch, Prankster, and a shitload of utility moves. His SpA may as well be zero because his physical sets will always be better.
