No. You're only getting the 151 in the DP sinnoh dex, all other gen 4 mons that weren't included in the DP dex (and their pre-evolutions if any), all gen 8 mons, and a batch of gen 5-7 mons. It'll sum up to the total of 400 mons and 30 hidden ones which will be legendaries, mythicals, Meowth, and the Kanto starters.

No, they're going to be in but as the hidden ones that can only be obtained by Bank. However I did realized my mistake, Charizard's line will be the only ones in the regional dex and will have a more important role in the story as well as being a free gift for you right before Gardenia.
