No, the only worth the 3DS games had was improvements to collection building and that's now a null point because culling. Last games worth playing are BW2.

No, and I'm a fan of that generation, but it isn't practical. Now buying a 3ds to then Homebrew, that would be worth it, you can buy a 2ds cheap. Then pirate other games like Fantasy Life or Fire Emblem.

If you haven't played any of the gba games it ds games those are easy to emulate, I would start there
