Here's a really easy way to do it:
>Catch farfetchd on route 5 with leek
>Put farfetchd in front and battle a wobuffet in the same area
>if farfetchd knows flail spam flail. If wobuffet counters and takes you down to half health use rock smash instead.
>Get three crits in one fight and easily kill wobuffet
>Watch it evolve and be happy
