What makes them think slow and frail is a good fucking idea? I don’t even mind the mixed attacker thing, but so many Pokémon with good designs have been fucked up by bad speed and defenses. Even tanky Ice Types are better.

I’m not even talking about Flapple specifically. There’s also ones like Trevenant, or ones like Wailord and Copperajah that have no defenses but think it’s fine cause they have a lot of health. Also, I slightly prefer Flapple’s Design, but the whole family looks nice.

I'm pretty sure they know it's a bad idea. /vp/ always thinks GF has no clue with mons but they fucking do. Yes they made many Alolamons gimmicky and slow on purpose. Yes they knew exactly what they were doing when they gave Zacian those stats. Some mons are just made to be bad or mediocre. Not everything needs to be good

You can also run Air Slash for the speed boost if you're planning to Dynamax it.
