Mewtwo, Lucario, Charzard, and Pikachu are shillmons, but are also legitmately popular. Gardevoir, Gengar, Blastoise, Blaziken, Garchomp etc are fan favorites, Weavile, Scpetile, Machamp, Scizor, Aegislash, chandelure, etc are more obscure but still popular pokemon. Darkrai and Suicuine are two of the most popular legendaries that would fit into the game (deoxys being the only other one that's also very popular), and Empoleon, Croagunk etc are legitmately suprise additions.
The only actual shill inclusion is Decidueye.
