Ok lads... here's the thing:
I've compared SwSh with LGPE and I've came to interesting conclusion...
Both games have piss poor difficulty level and LGPE have a lot of flaws like catching mechanic so let's leave these behind.
Compare them in other aspects:
SwSh
> a lot of complaints regarding graphics being upscaled 3DS game
> same old animations, barebones poke-amie, cuts everywhere
> wild area have issues with draw distance and lag. Have movable camera. Much wow. So 2019. Definitely rushed...
LGPE
> looks like plastic but have a lot of upgrades, comparable with new topdown Zelda
> you can ride on some mons, there's a lot of interactions with your starter
> have pokemon overworld, thanks to classic camera you don't see draw distance issues. Mechanic copy pasted quickly to SwSh because fans liked it
I know that LGPE have a lot of issues and hate but I can't feel that they poured more heart and time in this game rather than SwSh
