The post game has to be the epidome of this though, with the bogs making even less sense than Rose, their piss easy teams and raid battles you had to go through, the shitty plot with the prof's assistant, Hop wanting to also become prof when he was clearly set to be an hothead hellbent on making his brother proud, etc
The pinnacle for me were the animations, the one after you defeated the dog of course but also the one where Hop catched his dog using his ball throwing animation except they couldn't even be assed to make him throw an actual pokeball, and then on the next shot where he holds the ball that was fucking invisible earlier you can clearly see that it's model isn't even rigged to Hop's model since his hand moves around a bit while the pokeball stay stationary mid-air, sometimes clipping through his hand
This game is a complete dumpsterfire
