Can anyone explain this meme to me?
Dragon Dart is better than Dragon Pulse, and Phantom Force is the only strong ghost move it learns (and kills Aesgislash everytime)

Its special movepool is better than its physical movepool therefore people run special sets on it. Not that hard to explain.

the best set is mixed
it can run big hurt for walls like pex and ferro who are physically defensive to handle dynamax
it outspeeds everything else in the game and can pivot/status faster than anything
the only downside to it is dragon darts isn't a ghost type move. it would probably be Uber if it was
