I think they should ban Dynamax in OU but keep it in Ubers. The three Dyna-busting legendaries balance it out a bit.

Maybe this is why youre even posing this question, but they actually did the opposite for vgc, banned gmax but kept dmax. If this were the case though people would call bullshit because of the unvailability of eevee/pikachu to anyone that didnt buy lgpe
