Hyper Trained IVs are the same as maxed out IVs, right? Or do they have some differences?

They do not count as maxed IVs for the purposes of breeding or Hidden Power which isn't in the game anymore

In battle, no difference.
However, Hyper Trained IV's cannot be passed down through breeding. They still keep their shit genes but still are just as good as any other mon.

Hypertrained IVs don’t get passed down by breeding, they don’t affect hidden power either. But they took that out

Mints change the nature boost/drawback but the actual nature stays. So, you use a Jolly Mint on a Quiet Gyarados. Gyarados stays Quiet but it gets +speed/-special attack
