If it's 5 star you basically need a level 100. Just get Eternatus or something to Level 100 and use him. If you didn't farm candy from raids when they were possible you're fucked I'm afraid.

They scale to your level. EV train one of the legendaries, stuff some exp candy down its gullet, and you can solo pretty much every raid.
