I love the way Delibird's tail is a bag it uses to carry food, the Santa Claus theme is implemented naturally and doesn't interfere with the design at all
Eiscue is also very unique with its Ice Face gimmick, the entire design relies on it so you'll either hate or love it but that's not a bad thing. Dex descriptions really helped me appreciate it as a creature
With Empoleon I can't see anything other than a busy yet boring design (completely useless claws, overly complicated belly pattern) that prevent me from enjoying it, achieving much less with more clutter
