It has BELLY DRUM

When he gets hit with a physical move, he has 130 base speed

Use belly drum

Dynamax> use the ice move

Now you have the substitute again, and your opponent is dead. Focus sash? no problem. Hail will take care of it after.

Opponent throws in a fire type? who cares. Eiscue has liquidation. And iron head for fairies

He is strong. Eiscue doesn't give a shit. I use him on smogon anything goes and he annihilates uber teams

Yea I know. Even at +6 he still doesn't one shot things like ferro so I usually use max hailstorm to get that sub, let them break it again then finish off on the next turn

Its gimmicky but solid overall. I'm running one on a screens/para ho team and it's been a consistent success on mid ladder. It's a belly drum sweeper like people have been saying, but you can also use it's dynamax without belly drum as an emergency counter to many of the common dynamax sweepers in ou right now. It won't be OU but it'll probably be a C to B- on the VR.

Its a one trick pony. It's gonna belly drum turn 1 all the time because it's stats otherwise are complete shit. Special attacks dont trigger the ice sub.

It's an alright gimmick because this meta's really physical to the point that having only 2 special attacks or Mold Breakers on your whole team isn't unheard of, but it's also not that hard to deny it either the Drum or the speed boost depending on how it comes in and you can't sweep without both. Zen Darm is more consistent since you can bluff Choice and set up your own speed boost without needing the opponent to do it for you.
