What were you expecting, pseudos are always either stupidly rare and late in the game. I think Dratini, Gible, and Goomy are the only exceptions.

Besides Dreepy and Deino, you can trade for/hatch most Pseudos and still have them on your story team with them at least being somewhat useful, sine they learn moves and evolve at 30. Dreepy doesn't learn shit and evolves when the game is almost over.
