A conflict between Zacian and Zamazenta and the descendants of the brothers they fought alongside and their misunderstanding of history would have been better than Rose suddenly becoming an antagonist at the last minute.

There's a story but unlike previous gen, the adults are actually not useless so we just don't go digging into every evil organization ourselves and have all their plans revealed to us. It's actually refreshing to make something grounded, for the most part, on simply becoming a champion instead of full-time savior.
