My last game was Black and White 2, so I bought Sword Shield because I want to check out what 3D Pokemon is like.

It was great, I love that the trainers and monsters really move and aren't SD sprites and really appear in the world now and I'm back in the game. What did I miss? Any essential games since?

That's why we're mad. Back then the sprites changed in every generation to another. Now they reuse the same model, the same animations, the same everything, and STILL have the audacity to complain. It's pathetic.

Well I didn't have a 3DS so what those games do and don't have aren't really relevant to me I'm afraid. I'm interested in catching up thought so feel free to say what you think about the 3DS games.

Yes I thought it would make sense to get USUM since I know the upgraded versions are often the better, but outside of the main games, has there been more stuff like Pokemon Conquest?
