Why cant I find Milcery? I caught 2 early on, but cant find them anymore. Its supposed to be on route 4 but its not showing. Only finding Yampers, Meowth, Elektike, driftloon, diglett, and the occasional Pikachu/eevee

The encounter rate is actually quite low (around 5%). It's a shadow-only encounter so you won't see them actually on the map.

>>41588716 look for the raid you get it with good IVs and pretty offen, weather change pokemon spawns too they spawn more on foggy weather i think but fog is after you beat the league
