Also Game Freak pretty much used my previous idea about balancing (pic related), so hopefully they will use these ideas as well. (yeah it was prolly a coincidence but hey man can dream)

Nah.
Just because Ice got a few good Pokemon, with require either min-maxing, 700 BST, special tools, and a free choice band, that doesn’t mean the typing itself if good.
There are still tons of Ice types that are shitmons because of how detrimental the typing is, and even Kyurem-B needs it as a balance mechanism.

And plus, Grass has Tangrowth and Ferrothorn, which are really good, with Ferrothorn benefiting the steel part of itself with a ground neutrality and electric resistance.

It's almost like there's more to a Pokemon's usefulness than "it do the big damage". Grass-type's utility moves blow Ice-type out of the water, it's weaknesses aren't as debilitating, and it can actually get away with being slow and bulky.

Grass has a monopoly on access to sleep-inducing moves (spore, sleep powder) and immunity to said moves
Grass has leech seed and leech seed immunity
Grass is good. Provides a water resist and ground resist which is important to consider when team building.

ground/poison and rock/poison types gain another weakness but they already have many 2x weaknesses anyway so it's fine
make it not weak to flying anymore. that type is kinda BS as it is. any type that double resist it has glaring and exploitable weaknesses (ground, fighting, or both).

Yeah, it needs a buff, As Psychic stands now the type is just outdated by the fact Fairy Type now exists. Fairy hits basically anything Psychic does expect for Poison and is better as defensive type. Plus with Psychics like
Mega Alakazam and Jirachi gone the type is looking weaker than ever.

Meanwhile, ice's weaknesses are some of the most common offensive moves in the game and many you will see as coverage moves. Ice has no useful immunities either.

But really all they need to do is make more offensive Ice types (as you see with Snowmanitan running a train on OU). As you see, all Ice types that are offensive;y based are good or at the very least have a niche. Pretty much every defensive ice type is trash with one or two exceptions. People keep asking for buffs to Ice becaus eGame Freak keeps insisting on making defensive Ice types.
