A impish Arcanine with 0 attack investment gets the ohko on tyranitar with close combat and the OHKO on ferrothorn. I wouldn't use it in singles though.

Usually the strategy to follow with pokemon like that is to just switch out whenever something that could use a fire move switches into it. Hidden Power used to be a great coverage move because you could give a fire attack to literally anyone, thus surprising it and dealing a fuckton of damage before the opponent realizes that was a situation where he should have switched out.

Fishious Rend's base 85 damage is doubled if it outspeeds a pokemon, then factor stab, rend is boosted further by strong jaw, choice band, and to polish it even further since it's a water move rain boosts the damage any more. Dracovish is without question a premier tank buster and it does it's job very well. Attempting to use it as a sweeper without sticky web or tailwind wouldnt work obviously but it absolutely floors tanky, slow, or stall teams
