Shell Smash, Rest, and Power Split. For the last slot, either go for Toxic or Infestation. I'd recommend Infestation because nothing is immune to it.
You could also forgo Power Split to do double chip damage, but it's a really good quick way to render your opponent basically helpless in terms of attack.
