Octillery can use Bounce and Dive to buy extra turns for Moody abuse. Maybe not broken but definitely annoying to deal with.

It's arguably *better* now. Before the "nerf" it had a 2/7 (about 28%) chance to boost a useless stat (Accuracy and either Atk or Spa), now that chance is only 1/5 (20%) since it no longer affects accuracy and evasion.
Evasion doesn't really matter because Toxapex is just gonna Haze you anyway and you're whipping out your Moody abusers after hazers/phazers are gone.

King’s Shield was nerfed. It now drops the opponent’s Attack by one stage instead of two if direct contact is made. Aegislash itself also had its base stats nerfed by 20 points, which is the first time they’ve ever nerfed instead of buffed bases. Of course, even with both of those changes, it still rapes the meta.

It was always about the Evasion as the reason for the ban though, if it was about FREE BOOSTS then Speed Boost would been banned ages ago, couple that with how it is mostly on "Shitmons" and how they banned Baton Pass across many formats a while and it ain't hard to see why they would unban it.

Course i think the real reason it got unbanned without issue is because people are more interested in the Dynamax/Gigantamax debate and missed/ignored the discussion.

Dynamax is getting banned, there is not question about it at this point, the Policy Review forum is basically in full consensus, there is a bit of split if Gigantamax (The games themselves denote a difference between Giganta and Dyna, but some people argue it is a complex ban to allow them and other note it would just keep the same "problems" they have now.) will be included in that or not though and that is what seems to be holding up the implementation.
