I’m lazy and I never enjoyed individually training each Poke, I always would end up with one Pokémon being drastically higher level than all my other ones because I can’t be fucked to repeat the grinding process six times over. I’m glad the game lets my Pokémon level evenly together. Only contrarians and people looking to be outraged care about that shit. The game is better with Exp share than it is without.

I caught new Pokémon I saw but when I got access to wild area I just stuck to raids for filling my dex, doesn’t give you exp just candies.

Enjoy grinding everything one by one I guess. Even with exp share I ended up pretty underleveled toward the end since they throw gyms at you so fast, their levels scale quick.
