Sinnoh Underground with Pokémon dens scattered throughout. Each subarea of the underground has a generic wilderness above ground section so you can still get weather abd different wild area biomes. The northern underground links to a snow area etc.

in an ideal world, i'd have no problem with them putting wild area's in sinnoh if they really want too.

But it would be preferable if they did not replace existing locations with them, will that happen? Probably.

If they did put it in, ideally the pal park would be replaced with a wild area. With how transferring works the area would serve no purpose, so making it a wild area would create a semi-new area to explore while keeping the routes. Pokemon distribution might be a little weird since you would only be able to reach it after getting surf.

Let's say they retconned the dex and had it so certain species of Pokémon introduced up to now got regional forms or special evolutions?

Say, male Salazzle finally exists even if only a Sinnoh regional form or Ultra Beasts finally got genders
