A question for you /vp/: if I level a slowpoke to level 36 and teach it Slack off, will it learn Nasty Plot when I trade it holding a Kong’s rock and evolve it into a Slowking? I’m pretty sure it will but I just want to be certain. Pic unrelated.

I'm like 80% sure that's the case, Pokemon SHOULD learn the moves they would learn via level up upon evolution, this is how Blaziken learns Blaze Kick as soon as it evolves in Gen 3.

Fairly certain a trade evolution treats the Pokemon as if it just hit its current level, learning any move it should at that point from leveling up normally.
